JOB DETAIL
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance, ensuring a harmonious work environment and comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
- Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese and non-Japanese employee
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the continuity of key roles within the organization
- Develop and utilize HR analytics to assess and improve HR processes, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male and Female (Thai and Japanese Nationality)
- Age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of HR experience.
- Fluent in English (TOEIC at minimum 550) and be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
