JOB DETAIL

-To manage, support and advise on the safety point of view in the company.
-Plan operations to reduce risks in the company's work and monitor the operations to ensure continuity.
-Set a safety annual target & plan.
-Prescribe suggestions for preventing danger from accidents and emergencies. To reduce and control risks in the company.
-Set up a manual of safety standards in the workplace of the company.
-Determine types and personal protective equipment suitable for the risks within the company.
-To manage, support, and disseminate academic safety information to various departments within the company.
-Control schedule training on basic safety knowledge and rules, regulations, and practices in the workplace for new employees and employees who transfer workstations.
-Set up a system for coordinating safety operations with internal and external agencies. Including relevant government agencies properly and appropriately.
-Inspect and evaluate the overall performance of the company on safety.
-Collect the performance of safety officers at all levels of work and follow up on the performance of work safety by the company's policies and plans

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- Knowledgeable with Thai safety law regulations concerning occupational safety and health and knowledgeable with Thai environmental law.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with management and employees at all levels regarding Company HSE guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
- Experienced in food manufacturing.
- Good presentation and communication skills in English.
- Developing safety skills programs and safety behavior.
- Root cause analysis method.
