• Execute project plans, making adjustments and changes as appropriate to meet customer requirements and business needs.
• Implement and manage projects to achieve goals and deliver projects on time as scheduled.
• Track information and report progress on significant projects and special projects to ensure smooth and successful operations within the set goals, both in terms of analytical results and timely delivery.
• Provide consultation and advice on project management to subordinates for the project's efficiency within the designated time and budget. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a clear understanding of the tasks and daily delivery.
• Manage and oversee project documents, ensuring completeness, updating to the current status, and appropriate document file storage.
• Manage and handle project proposals, including draft specifications, project scope (TOR), budgets, and project development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress/obstacles of the project and report the results of the operations to the relevant units.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to keep them updated on project progress regularly.
• Manage various costs in the project operation to achieve maximum effectiveness and align with the specified budget.
• Participate and cooperate in various company activities.
• Cooperate and comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards of the company.
• Cooperate and comply with rules, announcements, orders, and regulations of the company.
• Perform duties according to the quality system requirements and departmental KPI goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female
- Age 35-40 and above
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Professional Engineering license (ใบกว.) is considered a plus
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing and controlling construction projects, structural work, machinery systems, and public utility systems
- Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling various projects in industrial plants for at least 5-10 years
- Strong leadership qualities, responsibility, and decisiveness
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Systematic thinking and ability to manage tasks and teams effectively, as well as collaborate with others
- Capable of working in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel and work in different provinces (Samut Songkhram province)
- Proficient in computer programs and software, such as MS Office, MS Project, Sketchup
