1. Coordinate with overseas sales team
2. Coordinate with oversea customer
3. Coordinate for Export
4. Preparing quotation
5. Follow up on shipping schedule, customs, claim
6. Create transfer order and sales order in SAP

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female, Age 25-35 Years old
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Have 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or Sales support.
4. Intermediate level of English (TOIEC 600 will be an advantage)
5. Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
6. Can use of the program SAP will be advantage.
7. Can work under pressure, good personality, strong negotiation.
