【Main Duty】
・Supports food product development from a technical perspective.

【Job Description】
・During the launch of new products and at times of renewal, work in collaboration with product planners as a point of contact for negotiations with various suppliers (purchasing, quality, flavor development).
・In preparation for sales across Asia, I create packaging and labels in compliance with the regulations and sales agents of each country.
・Together with the product planners, determine product specifications and negotiate purchasing conditions.
・Approximately every three months, participate in global food exhibitions to collect product information.
・Conduct factory audits and quality improvement guidance at our own and suppliers' factories, aimed at stabilizing and enhancing product quality.

Report to Japanese

※There are times when you have to travel a lot depending on the season.
Sometimes it's a month and a half.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 40 years old
・More than 5 years of work experience in the food industry
・Knowledge of food-related QC/QA or Product development or Production management
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700）
・Can go business trip overseas

【Advantage】
・Intermediate Level of Japanese 【Must have JLPT N3 UP】
