- Maintain and build long-term profitable relationship with customers by providing products and services as per requirements and supervising service staff to ensure that quality and service standards are met.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service
- Achievement of monthly sales targets as forecasted/assigned.
- Responsible for taking customers queries, offering an advice/ support on the products, service and providing of solutions to customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing / new potential customers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Visit customer for product, service / solution presentation.
- Supervising and managing service staff and ensuring that quality and service standards are met, and follow all client service processes and compliance.
- Develop procedures and documents to encourage working effectively, problem solving and customer satisfaction
- Other duties in field

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 33 year above (Male is more preferable)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical or Mechanical engineering is preferable)
- Experience: At least 4 years in Sales Engineer field.
- Spoken and written English is an advantage.
- Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty.
- Living near working location or be able to move near working location.
- Have own car with driving license.
- Healthy (Medical Certificate is requirement)
- Quick thinking and decision-maker.
- Responsible and accountable.
- Good at speaking, negotiating, and persuading.
