JOB DETAIL

Three main jobs are as follows, but there will be other small tasks as well when assigned.
1) Support event/trade show organization
2) Translation/interpretation for Japanese managers
3) Liaising with Japanese HQs.

- Helping the product shows, webinars and events for new product launches.
(Communicate with people involved in the show/events - with internal staff and other companies/vendors/event organizers)
- Translation / interpretation for Japanese managers (working in several departments).
- Order company brochure.
- Order promotional goods.
- Translation of technical materials and meeting minutes (Japanese-Thai, Japanese - English).
- Interactions with, and reporting to the Japanese headquarters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

*Japanese language skills are very important*

-Female, up to age 30 (New grads can apply)
- N1 holders (Or N2 with upper-intermediate level of Japanese, or who have worked using Japanese)
- English proficiency not required
- Having worked in a small Japanese company as a Sales assistant/support is preferred.
- No job hopper
