Business Unit: Real Estate (Housing)
Department: Sales and Marketing
Direct Report to Branding & MarCom Department Manager
Subordinates: 12 Marketing Communication, Branding Officers

Scope of work:
Overall;
- Improve brand positioning (Brand Building) and maintain the fast-paced brand development of developers and projects under the One Brand Policy.
- Evaluate communication results and continuously implement the PDCA cycle, ensuring effective budget management and performance.
- Present marketing strategies to drive sales appropriately.

Branding:
- Establish and maintain Brand Standards to create and preserve standards.

Marketing Communication:
- Develop strategies and implement actions regarding communication within the BU, implementing, and measuring results (effectiveness & cost efficiency).
- Support the building of "SHORT TERM SALES & LONG-TERM Brand building."

Job Responsibility:
- Brand Building and maintaining the fast-paced brand development of developers and projects under the One Brand Policy.
- Develop strategies and execute plans for communication (both content and visuals), coordinate with the BU, implement, and measure results (effectiveness & cost efficiency).
- Marketing Communication Tools: Select and explore new tools, devise a Campaign Plan that will impact lead generation, and create a positive brand image.
- Take action to create and continually develop the essence of the brand, ensuring compliance with Brand Standards (CI Handbook, Consumer Experience Handbook), and actively contribute to the Project Handbook.
- Manage the budget to achieve both effectiveness and cost efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- 5-8 years of work experience in Marketing Communication
- Work experience in Real Estate or any relevant business is a highly preferred
- Strong Knowledge about Real Estate (Housing) or any relevant business
- Proficient in managing Marketing Communication, encompassing Campaign Plan, Content, Media, and result-driven analytics.
- Analytical skills in both qualitative (content analysis) and quantitative (numerical analysis) aspects, utilizing data to improve ongoing communication.
- Positive and can-do attitude, proactive in approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills, open to continuous learning.
- Effective at simplifying complex information for easy understanding, excelling in presentations.
- Leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding team members through clear communication and data-driven insights.
