JOB DETAIL

Responsible for the channel expansion and management of the company's products or services, achieving sales targets and increasing market share through effective channel strategies and partnership management.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement channel expansion strategies and plans based on company business objectives and market trends.
2. Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market dynamics, competitors' conditions, and partners' business development, and propose corresponding strategy adjustments.
3. Channel Expansion: Identify potential channel partners, conduct business negotiations, and establish cooperation.
4. Channel Management: Effectively manage existing partners, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, relationship maintenance, and incentive policy formulation.
5. Sales Support: Provide sales support to partners, including product training, marketing materials, and sales strategies.
6. Marketing Activities: Coordinate and participate in marketing activities and exhibitions to enhance brand influence and attract potential partners.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure the effective execution of channel strategies.
8. Performance Goals: Achieve established sales and channel expansion targets.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide reports on channel sales and market analysis to superiors, and adjust strategies timely to respond to market changes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably with a background in the personal care industry.
- Skills Required: Good market analysis skills, business negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Other: Possess good planning and problem-solving abilities, and able to work under pressure.
