JOB DETAIL

• Provide HR guidance.
• Working on company project related with Wage, Compensation and Benefit matters.
• Resolves employee relations issues.
• Works with management to improve Company productivity.
• Suggests HR strategies and mange project with HR team.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male and Female 25-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree from related field
• At least 5 years' experience as in HR function (Payroll, Compensation, and benefits)
• Experience in HRBP is advantage
• Willing to work as an individual and as a team player
• Proactive, Patient, Able to handle multitasks
• Experience of working in manufacturing environment or having 300+ people in organization is advantage.
