JOB DETAIL

- Conduct Compliance activities and risk assessment and ensure business processes and internal activities are complied with relevant regulations.
- Provide advisory on regulatory compliance and legal issues impacting business operations.
- Mediate and propose a suitable resolution for each complaint, including process of coordinating with the external law firm on litigations and disputes.
- Coordinate with and conduct all requests demanded by business units, customers, relevant parties and regulators.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration , or a related field with GPA 2.7 or above
- Experience in Compliance field > 4 years
- Knowledge and understanding of Compliance, Rules and Regulation.
- Strong communication and presentation both Thai and English.
- English proficiency, TOEIC above 600
