JOB DETAIL

1. Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery .
2. Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and implement process improvements.
3. Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
4. Manage production team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction
of appropriate process controls.
5. Monitor and analyze product quality, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with
customer specifications.
6. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
7. Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
8. Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.
9. Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
10. Cost management of products and assist with new product costing models.
11. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 38-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in automotive parts manufacturing company.
- Good communication in English both in verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Kaizen, productivity, maintenance system, budget control, cost down project.
- Computer Literacy.
