JOB DETAIL

- Processing Forecast and orders process and control all delivery transactions.
- Collecting and analyzing customer purchasing demands.
- Advice delivery information and monitoring delivery schedule as per the plan.
- Clarify Product specification and Service details to the Customer, Maker, and Shipping company
- Handling Quality control, NG, and complaint issues.
- Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and providing follow-up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Make collecting feedback a company process and measure customer satisfaction regularly.
- To handle special projects with Government sectors such as registration of the Company's information change in the Government section system, support Thai customs new regulation, and DFT backward investigation issue.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE


- Female, age 27 - 35 years old and Open new grad
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least proven 3-5 years experience in Export Sales & Import job function or related field
- Good command of speaking & writing in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English (TOEIC 700 up)
- Proficiency in computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in self-starter environment
