JOB DETAIL

1. Assist the QA Manager in managing and implementing the QMS according to the company policies
and expectations.
2. Collaborate with the management team and other members to maintain, modify and improve the
quality system.
3. Control, check and monitor product quality to ensure all products comply with company standards
and customer requirements.
4. Assist with the quality internal, external audit function and activities.
5. Handle the customer claims and implement countermeasures as well as report to the management.
6. Prepare all quality related documents.
7. Organize and manage the QA team to achieve KPIs targets and company policies.
8. Conduct improvement of quality in assembly and process.
9. Minimize the defects and reduce waste.
10. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience for both of quality assurance in process/product and customer quality and quality management system in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management system in automotive quality environment, including experience in leadership role.
- Outstanding verbal and written both in Thai and English and able to communicate and cooperate with people of different backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office along with databases.
