1. Check completeness agreement and all related documents to ensure that those agreements/documents are correctly
- For process approval issues purchase order (PO)
- For process approval execution contract in system.
- For process approval payment to supplier
2. Check completeness with accounting document (Billing: Inovice, Tax invoice, Receipt)
3. Recheck data in the lease system for Copy machine, IT equipment and office equipment
4. Recheck data in the lease system for lease application (Ledger) for all team.
5. Understand and able to advise data for input and issue documents under special transaction (Transfer / Extend)
6. Coordinate with related department for solve issues and develop working process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or Female. Age 28-35
2. Bachelor degree in finance or business administration or related field.
3. over 3-5 years of experiences in marketing / sales support or related working field.
4. Able to handle job under pressure and multi-tasking skill.
5. Have a problem solving and decision making skill, Positive thinking with good mindset
6. Good computer skill in Ms-office
