SK Kaken will open new office in Phuket and are looking for a Construction site manager/engineer who can be in charge of construction management in subcontracted painting work.

This job to manage the construction work of building materials, working as subcontractor under a construction company. (Not looking after the whole construction work/projects)

- Construction management in painting work for construction project (houses, public facilities, etc).
- Manpower allocation
- Use CAD and read CAD design to calculate the amount of painting/coating needed for the construction materials
- Give instruction to other staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

* New office in Phuket (south area) will be set up early next year. The candidate needs to do training in BKK for 4 months.
* Company will provide monthly condo during training period.

- More than 3 years of working experience at construction site
- English in intermediate level. (Used at the office/mtg)
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Any gender, but male preferred.
- Able to use CAD, and calculate the amount of painting/coating needed for the work.
- Age between 25 to 58, as long as fit enough to work at construction sites
- Need to have a car & driver's license, however for young candidate, company will provide a car for the first 3 years
- Candidate from Phuket is an advantage (to keep good relationships with local customers)
