Report to: GM (Japanese)
Job Scope:
 Perform the duties of Terminal Manager includes:
o Oversee all day to day/monthly deliverables of terminal operations, including receiving, storage, handling, equipment maintenance, and distribution of sulfuric acid/chemicals.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, security and regulatory requirements for Terminal operations.
o Develop and implement standard operating procedures for terminal operations and ensure adherence.
o Monitor and maintain terminal equipment and infrastructure ensuring zero incidents through utilization of the Company’s preventative maintenance program.
o Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions for terminal personnel.
o Provide leadership and guidance to tank terminal employees, fostering a positive productive work environmental.
o Promote a strong safety culture among the terminal staff through training, communications and leading by examples.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers/customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
o Collaborate with Sulfuric Acid Distribution team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
o Manage Terminal budget.
o Management of capital projects in alignment with the Company’s project/engineering manager.
o Ensure all documentation requirements for Terminal Operations is maintained and updated.
o Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 35 years old and above
- Bachelor degree in any fields or above
- Terminal operations experience
- Experience with Sulfuric Acid
- Education: approximately 7 years’ experience in Terminal/Operations
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance and industry best practices related to sulfuric acid (Chemical) handling, storage and shipment.
- Excellent management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high performing team.
- Solid understanding of terminal operations, logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal and external stakeholders. The required language skills are native level of Thai and business/native level of English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems (PC familiarity including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of the internet as a market research or business investigation)
- Ability to multitask, including necessary delegation and prioritization as required.
- Ability to recognize emergency situations and implement appropriate response, understand internal and external policies and procedures, and recognize out of compliance conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Demonstrated negotiations, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to generate reports and presentations, present business ideas in verbally and/or in writing.
Required License
A specialist license from DIW which is required for a safety specialist under Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992).
