- Manage staff's reimbursement such as entertainment, staff's benefit, monthly toll fee, gasoline fleet card, etc.
- Manage invoices from vendors/business partners and coordinate with related departments.
- Manage procurement process to support business operation in the company.
- Coordinate with affiliated companies to support business operation and activities.
HR 30%
- Manage HR administration work including HR report.
- Manage the Payroll including monthly/yearly reports of all related to HR matter (income taxt report, social security fund, provident funds, etc.)
- Manage the process related to VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates.
- Prepare a training for enhancing the knowledge and skills of employee. Ensure mandatory training achieved 100%
- Arrange the bidding for group insurance and health insurance renewal.
- Manage records, reporting, and other documentation required by the business, audits, government agency, etc.
- Maintain company’s policies, compliance and regulations.
- Manage and comply to the company's Compliance, ISO14001 and Company Group ESG story.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- age 40 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Working experience 10-15 years in General Affair (Office Support) and HR Administration.
- Background in Shipping / Logistics industry is advantage.
- Fluent communication skills of English (both writing and speaking).
