JOB DETAIL
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Creating HR systems effectively and efficiently such as HR policies, job description, personnel evaluation system, personnel information control.
• Have full responsibility for the employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates, up to the selection interview.
• Management of selection, promotion, demotion transferring.
• Conducting coaching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees.
• Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
• Being responsible on payroll matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonus, and benefits.
• Creating employment contract employees as well as renew the validity period of the employment contract.
• Exercise disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant with local labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor contracts, work permits, and social security.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.
• Manage Visa and work permit process for Japanese employees.
• Manage and renew company important documents and licenses.
• Company assets management.
• Other tasks assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or Female, age 40-50 years
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in overall HR&GA management role.
• Good command of computer skill of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication, High emotional intelligence, Prioritizing & Fast learner.
• Good communication in English
