Division: Machinery Sales
Team: Sales Commission
Team Size: 15
Report to Manager

- Create sales to achieve or exceed sales goals in a specific area
- Communicating with customers and handling requirements with stakeholders appropriately.
- Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales projects (e.g., make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets
- Finding bottlenecks of sales progress and taking appropriate action or initiative creative solutions.
- Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the company system and answer questions about products and terms of sales.
- Maintain customer complaints/issues and follow up on customer issues
- Operation job responsibility with HO-REN-SO (Report-Contact-Consult).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in relationship appropriately, development with key customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, Thai Nationality ( Age 23-30 years old )
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of working experience in the Engineering field, Technical Sales, Automation machine sales, or related field in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of assigned products and strong selling skills
- Ability to work independently with consulting with a supervisor.
- Able to work at Lamphun or Chiang Mai, and work at the BKK office 1 day/month
- Good computer literacy (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint). P7
- Result-oriented person who can stick to their own target (Company provides commission salary based )
- Must have driving license, and own car
