- Control construction work to adhere to engineering plans and principles.
- Develop work plans.
- Ability to interpret drawings, estimate quantities and plan the deployment of the construction team.
- Conduct meetings, present project plans, and report progress to management.
- Inspect, check, and manage the work to conform to the specified blueprints.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated in Civil Engineering or a related field with a professional license at the professional engineer level or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in relevant software, such as AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, and BIM will be considered a plus.
- Experience in high-rise building projects will be considered a plus.
- Ability to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.
