JOB DETAIL

- Collaborate and manage teams in projects, providing support, guidance, control, and coordination in the design process, starting from conceptual design to detailed design
- Coordinate with various parties such as clients, construction engineers, system engineers, and local authorities (legal and permitting)
- Plan and execute assigned tasks until project completion, ensuring smooth workflow, adapting plans according to the situation, and resolving issues that may arise during construction
- Develop architectural designs and present them in various formats, including 3D visuals, material boards, and construction drawings
- Communicate and handle documentation for construction permits with relevant authorities
- Report and summarize project details, prepare presentations for clients and team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in the field of 3-5 years or more
- Holding a professional license is preferred
- Understanding of the entire workflow from design to construction and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills, passion for the profession, high level of responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and emotional intelligence
- Open to new ideas
- Efficient coordination and communication with other departments
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other design-related programs
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team, accept others' opinions, and collaborate with colleagues
- Possess a driver's license and own a car for off-site work
- Extra consideration will be given to those with experience in high-rise and large-scale building projects
