- Ensure smooth project management and coordination with the company, following the established design, construction, or control processes
- Collaborate and work with various teams and departments to define project requirements and ensure alignment with the company's objectives
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear expectations and support, giving guidance, resolving conflicts, and improving work efficiency
- Develop and control project budgets based on cost estimates, resource requirements, and project scope
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of project objectives, development, and implementation according to the project plan, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Set timelines, targets, and budgets for projects and monitor their progress
- Evaluate project performance and regularly report progress to management
- Facilitate and conduct regular project team meetings to review and report progress, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5-10 years of work experience in project design
- Experience in project management and construction
- Possession of a professional license is highly preferred
- Understanding of the entire process from design to construction and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for construction permits
- Strong leadership skills, professional dedication, high responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and emotional intelligence
- Open to new ideas and innovations
- Promote an effective working environment, efficient communication, teamwork, acceptance of others' opinions, and coordination with colleagues
- Ability to effectively manage a team, adapt to working with colleagues, and solve specific problems
- Experience in high-rise and large-scale building projects is a plus
- Able to start working immediately will be highly preferred
