REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-40 Years Old
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
• Experience in HR Full loop 7 - 10 years
• Experience in Leader or assistant manager level 3 years
• Good communication skill
• Good project management skill
• Experience in designing personnel systems
• Experience in training and talent management
• Intermediate of English skills
• Work experience at a Japanese company
• Knowledge of health and safety"
