● Issue document as design concern (ECI, ECS, RFQ, RMBSS, BOM, ETC)
● Issue and create ideas for VA/VE
● Set product variation SPEC following customer needs
● Create a document to record and improve the overall process for the developing part
● Control check data of technical or creating (DWG and 3D).
● Design and Development of Interior parts for automotive products, Ex. Door trim, Room LNG, Floor carpet, etc.
● Respond to be in charge of the interior part in order to design parts to meet customer targets, development schedule, and Cost.
● Create a document to record and improve the overall process for the developing part
● Create 3D, L/O, Section, and DWG following the design concept.
● Cooperate with other sections, suppliers, and Project leader. In order to meet design requirements.
● Create Sample products for testing and customer needs.
● Summary & Report job status.
● Planning and Managing schedule to meet with the overall of project development schedule.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Necessary Skill / Experience
● Bachelor's degree or Higher in Any Engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial will be an advantage).
● Candidate who has 3 years or more of dedicated working experience in the Interior or engineering design field of automotive research and development will be an advantage.
● Experience in Interior parts development or plastic injection parts will be an advantage.
● Able to use MS-Window, MS-office, and E-Mail (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
● High skill in CATIA V5 (Solid, Surface, DWG and Assembly). Able to use Part Design, Surface Design, Drafting, Assembly, 2D for 3D design, and History tree management.

Preferable skill/ Experience
● Good at working in a multicultural organization.
● Good interpersonal and communication skills.
● Highly in service mind and active.
● Having a car or Driving License will be an advantage.
● Good command of English both written and spoken; TOEIC 450 points or equivalent.
● Good in Japanese will be an advantage
● Able to work under pressure.
