Managing, Communication and Reporting:
- Managing Project departments, setting KPI and assigning task for project engineers and project administrator.
Monitoring, follow up and projects management.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to communicate project updates, milestones, and requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Reporting to Operation/Project Manager and top management.
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules for the manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the Operation/Project manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, timelines, and milestones.

Resource Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering design, procurement, production, and QA/QC to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure that project milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project execution and escalate them to the Operational/Project manager.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential project delays or obstacles.

Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in implementing quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supplier and Vendor Management:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers and vendors for components and materials required for heat exchangers, pressure vessel, Process Skid module manufacturing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and stored according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender.
- Good command of English.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of heat exchangers or related equipment.
- Must understanding of heat exchanger design principles, fabrication processes, and relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA, API).
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as scheduling software, risk management methodologies, and performance tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional project teams and driving project success.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes, including quality assurance and quality control.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites or client locations as required.
- Having experiences in fabrication of heat exchangers, pressure vessel, process skids industries would be advantageous.
