• Responsibilities include overseeing and conducting QA and QC activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Managing the quality assurance team and controlling quality according to the plan.
• Monitoring, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
• Troubleshooting and making decisions during operations.
• Addressing inbound quality issues and improving processes for increased efficiency.
• Communicating with customers to confirm quality and meet expectations.
• Managing labor control and task assignments for QA members.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Reporting quality issues to management and relevant processes.
• Checking processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conducting QA inspections, customer audits, and analyzing quality-related risks in the production line.
• Continuously studying solutions, technologies, and new skills.
• Managing necessary documentation and reports for customer submission.
• Performing other duties assigned by JP management.
• Quality control tasks, including recording quality reports, statistical analysis, and related documentation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45years old up
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field in the industrial sector
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC positions in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, such as QA/QC, in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively, with strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, and SPC
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Communication level of English 6-7/10
