1. Co-operate and improved productivity/efficiency 
2. New model problem solved (Die modify ,Spot weld tools, equipment, communicate with other Genpo)
3. Monitor, manage concurrent running projects and report to Managers.
4. Planning and controlling budget manpower and managing resources the welding project achieved with in time.
5. Robot skills consider specially analysis, MC problem MT planning and ISO 90001, GHQS, 14001,45001) PLC 
6. Support recreations and activities and Honda group activities.
7. Other special assignments assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male age between 22 - 28 years old
2. Bachelors or higher in Engineer Industrial,Automotive,Electrical,Mechanical,Mechatronic,Tools and Die other related fields.
3. New graduate is welcome
4. 1-3 years of experience in a engineering area especially in a manufacturing business is highly preferable
5. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
6. Planning and Problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and timeline.
7. Innovative mindset, strong communication, strong analytical, strong presentation, responsibility, enthusiastic.
8. Good command of written and spoken English, TOEIC would be advantage.
