- Develop opportunity assessment, engagement plan and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship and partner.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Identify target market and meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Assist team on overall project development activities, strategy, planning in widely perspective.
- Assist team on project negotiation and partnership with external party including
- Responsible for taking customers queries, offering an advice/ support on the products, service and providing of solutions to customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing / new potential customers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Visit customer for product, service / solution presentation.
- Achievement of monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Other duties in field.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical petrochemical and mechanical engineering is preferable)
- Male or Female, age not over 35 years old
- Experience : At least 3 years in sales engineer field and business development. (Plate Heat Exchanger isan advantage)
- Good personality, interpersonal, solving problem skills and analytical skill.
- Spoken and written English is an advantage.
- Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty.
- Living near working location or be able to move near working location.
- Have own car with driving license. (Visit Clients in BKK, Chonburi, Rayong depends on work schedule)
- Healthy (Medical Certificate is requirement)
