JOB DETAIL

• Consultation of Business Advisory/HR management for clients.
• Analyze current state of organizational/HR management in client organization
• Identify issue to address for achieving client's business purpose and goals
• Design solutions and provide implementation support
• Manage project team and clients to ensure provision of quality deliverables.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 28-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience working as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide strategic HR recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, industry best practices, and employment legislation.
• Experience in conducting HR assessments, developing HR strategies, and implementing HR solutions.
• Good level of English. and Intermediate level of JP (N3-N2)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients
