JOB DETAIL

1. Perform and verify related accounting transactions, Billing to Customers, physical checking completed the incoming Account Receivable
2. Preparing weekly report of AR outstanding balance
3. AR confirmation and complete the process
4. Prepare Aging of Account Receivable report (Monthly)
5. Provide a necessary advice on all accounting and relevant tax matters to sales departments
6. Provide the recommendations to management for any potential improvement and provide support on additional assignments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female only age 25 - 32 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting.
3. At least 2 years of experience as accounting officer if work as Account receivable (AR) is preferable.
4. If have experienced using Navision Axapta (Dynamics AX) program is an advantage.
5. Intermediate level of English
6. Abale to work some Saturday (Ad hoc)
