• Lead and Manage HR Operations: Drive the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations that align with the organization's goals.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting diverse and talented candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to build a strong and inclusive workforce.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans, to enhance individual and team performance.
• Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities to support career growth and skill enhancement.
• Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are offered to attract and retain top talent, conducting regular salary reviews, benchmarking, and staying updated on industry trends.
• HR Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices and policies are compliant, and advise management on any necessary actions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience: Proven track record of working in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated success in managing HR functions.
• Experience in a Leadership Role: Prior experience in a leadership or managerial position, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience in HR Operations: Strong knowledge and practical experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience with HR Systems and Analytics: Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and reporting, enabling efficient HR data management and analysis.
• Experience in a Global or Diverse Organization: Exposure to working in a global or diverse organization, understanding cultural nuances, and implementing inclusive HR practices.
• Intermediate level of English 5/10
