JOB DETAIL

1. Oversee financial, accounting and tax activities including but not limited to billing/invoice, payment, cash flow management, bookkeeping, month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, tax report and returns.
2. Perform as Finance Business Partner with CEO and HQ to make financial analysis, risk management analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and reports leading to strategic business decisions of Management.
3. Support cross-functional teams with current and new business initiatives.
4. Develop and coach the team to perform effectively and efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
6. Initiate and drive process improvement for both existing and new projects.
7. Develop and improve relationships with banks, and financial institutions.
8. Communicate with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit process, and complete and accurate financial statements in timely manner.
9. Other related duties as necessary and assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPD license. (If have CPA license is an advantage)
3. Minimum 10 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation with at least 3 years in managerial role (If have background in digital or e-Commerce industry would be an advantage)
4. Proven knowledge and ability to perform in compliance with related laws and regulations.
5. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Korean is an advantage)
