In charge of store management, store development, HR development for store staffs, selling and buying products, and store appearance management.

- Preparing for opening the first stores in Thailand.
- Teaching subordinates of how to welcome clients.
- Communicating with Japanese expats of how to manage store to increase clients.
- Communicating with developer and suppliers to negotiate store area rental fee.
- Valuate the clothes products in order to sell and buy in secondhand market
- Other store manager tasks assigned by Japanese expats

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai male, age between 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Intermediate of Japanese or Intermediate level of English (preferred Japanese proficiency)
- Having experience in 3 years of store manager tasks
- Having experience in opening retail store is an advantage
- Active, decisive and fast learner
- Open-minded person who can communicate with internal and external people well
- Able to decide priority to execute all tasks successfully
- Having working experience as a store manager in Japanese company is advantage
