JOB DETAIL

1. Assist Divison Manager control process of cargo reservation to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.
2. Deal and develop relationship with carriers, control direct (carriers) cost efficiently.
3. Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
4. Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
5. Attend any internal meeting with Customer Service Dept., Sales Dept. or etc when required and deligate to team.
6. Collaborate with Customer Service & Sales teams and console teams when there is any issue.
7. Plan space efficiently for huge spot and/orregular business volume.
8. Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
9. Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.
10. Monitor the usage of awb (air waybill) of booking staff.
11. Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 5 years experienced in air freight reservation process & customs operations from freight forwarding company. *Must have experience สำรองระวางสินค้ากับทางสายการบิน coordinating with airliens regularly and have business relationship with airlines.
4. Must have good knowledge of Thai customs regulation in air-freight forwarding business.
5. Intermediate level of in English
6. Able to work on every other Saturdays 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
