JOB DETAIL

• Identify the training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
• Work with division managers to develop training programs.
• Create and implement a training roadmap and plan.
• Source and coordinate with training vendors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and develop training programs to be more effective.
• Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues.
• Control employee training and development database with the HR system.
• Finding new tools for employee development.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment operations.
• Develop a recruitment strategy and initiate a new approach to build candidate pool and sustainable pipeline.
• Analyze, develop, and manage succession plans and talent development.
• Implement succession plans and talent development through training and development activities.
• Perform a wide variety of ongoing training, human resources development, and organization development assignments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience Requirements:

- Female, Aged 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in training and recruitment functions
• HRD Experience in a Japanese company is a plus
• Hands-on experience in succession planning, career development planning, competency development, and application of assessment tools.
• Skills in training course development and ability to conduct training courses.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strategic thinking and proactive
• Able to coordinate with other functions and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, dynamic energetic, and highly self-disciplined.
