Position: Legal Counsel Sr. Officer/Deputy Manager
Division: Legal Division
Level: Senior Admistrator/Deputy Manager

1. Draft and review various kinds of commercial contracts and legal documents in relation to commodity trading, investment projects, M&A and others as required by each business, including but not limited to, Sale and Purchase Contract, NDA, MOU, commission agreement, share purchase agreement and shareholders agreement.
2. Deal with legal and compliance matter in the company and providing opinions and solutions from legal perspective.
3. Review and update internal rules and regulations by reflecting recent update of laws and regulations
4.Follow up updating of laws and regulations, and disseminate it within the company as an useful business information
5. Hold internal legal and compliance seminars for legal education of staffs
6. Handle with corporation secretarial works such as preparation for shareholders meeting and board of directors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Law with lawyer license.
3. At least 3 years of work experience as Legal Counsel Officer or related position from corporate or law firm.
4. Skilled and experienced in Commercial Contract Drafting & Reviewing from corporate or law firm.
5. Must have TOEIC Score 800 or higher (or has been gradudated from abroad or an international program).
