JOB DETAIL

- Coordinate with oversea customer to support company's products details , service
and other requirement to contribute a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Factory side for Delivery adjustment, quality issue, new model,
logistic and problem solving with production site
- Processing Forecast and orders process and control all delivery transactions.
- Collecting and analyzing customer purchasing demands.
- Advice delivering information and monitoring delivery schedule as per the plan.
- Issue shipping invoice, packing list and shipment information aligning with customer
requirement on time.
- Handling customer complaints including NG issues and providing appropriate
solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
- Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and
secure.
- Make collecting feedback a company process and measure customer satisfaction
regularly.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, Age between 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least proven 5 years experience in Export Sales or related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. TOEIC score more than 650
- Good computer literacy i.e., Outlook , Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
