Job description
Project Management
• Manage construction project to work according to the plan that has been prepared from department in order to achieve the specified goals or objectives under the specified quality, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Plan the overview of the entire project. Operation and purchasing materials and equipment Including planning manpower and machinery
• Plan safety system in order to comply with company policy and owner
• Plan and manage various utilities both on site and within the worker camp
• Adjust the work plan and control the construction plan according to owner's usage.
• Follow up and evaluate the progress of the project and report the performance to various departments to be aware of the progress and obstacles in the implementation of the project.
Analyzing problems and solving problems on site
• Analyze and solve overall problems of the project regarding manpower, both personnel and resources (machinery, tools, etc.)
• Analyze the cost of the project budget to be within the budget set and find errors if there are warning signs that the budget starts to exceed.
Coordination work
• Coordinate with government agencies related to the project
• Coordinate with both internal and external job owner so that the job can proceed smoothly.
Safety work
• Control and perform safety work under the conditions of the company and the security profession.
• Make plans for the use of tools and equipment work safety
• Raise awareness and focus on safety

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirement
• Male, age 30-40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in civil engineer or related field.
• Experience in project manager, handled project 300-700 million for 5-10 years
• Knowledge in project management, material, engineering, construction law and labor law.
• Management skill, easygoing, leadership and responsibility
• Own a civil license
• Intermediate level of English 5-6/10
• Good level of Microsoft office,
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Own a driving license / no need a car.
