- Ensure the quality of compound latex, dispersion, solution, emulsion, and other chemical mixtures complies with standard
- Ensure compliance with all internal external quality, safety, health and environment instruction, rule and regulations, Nearmiss, BBS.
- Chemical / Raw latex stock control
- Tool and equipment check
- Training subordinators
- Prepare and writing new work instruction
- Accident and incident report
- KAIZEN and GEMBA
- Supervise proper maintenance of machine, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient production

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must have management experience
- Knowledge system of ISO9001 , IATF16949 would be advantage
- Experience in rubber extrusion or plastic manufacturing
- Have Leadership skills, management skills and have high responsibility and can communicate in English
- Good interpersonal skills and coordinate with team
- Can work under pressure and good personality
