-Subordinate: 11 people (Marketing officer and Supervisor of admin)
Job Description:
- Create online and offline marketing plans, implement and execute marketing campaigns, analyze and report on performance
- Research and identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways to reach existing markets
- Collaborate with the sales team and administration team to develop effective strategies
- Increase products awareness while supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Consistently manage and facilitate team and team member skill development

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age not over Min 35-45 years
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- More than 10 years of marketing experience in the retails business, services, insurance industry or related
- Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing plans, as well as strong experience and knowledge of online and offline marketing strategy, communication, and marketing analysis.
- Good command of both spoken and written English intermediate
