JOB DETAIL

- Ensures that the recommended products and design meet all of the customer requirements.
- Create market awareness and market for new products and services to the customer.
- Increase sales, margin, and market awareness of Bossard
- Provide pre & post sales technical and sales support to customers
- Solving customer’s application issues
- Handling of customer technical enquiries and requirements
- Plan and conduct technical presentations to customers
- Work closely with customer R & D departments and design engineers to establish Bossard’s products into customer’s specification
- Develop prints & documents meeting customer agreed specification
- Conduct technical training and attend to technical issues for internal staff
- Generate monthly activity and status reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Age between 27-32 Years
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Sales Engineering, Design Engineer or Production Engineer.
- Experience in assembly process, with Fastener related application would be an advantage.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
- Effectively and proficient to communication in English
- Computer literate in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps).
- Application knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidwork.
