JOB DETAIL

• Handle both Restaurant and back office.
• Handle overview of the restaurant, staff, and customers daily.
• Handle sales and marketing plans of the store.
• Create content for public relations through various channels including online media and the image of the restaurant
• Develop the restaurant products to be unique and meet market demands
• Manpower planning, selection, and training restaurant employees to be able to work according to standards
• Manage document work, costs, profits, income-expenses, stock lists, including other accounting documents of the store.
• Support activities or marketing promotions that the company has made in order to achieve the goals set by the company
• Transfer knowledge to the team in order to be able to implement it correctly and efficiently.
• other related tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age 30-40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree Business administration
• Experience in Restaurant manager or related position for 3-5 years
• Intermediate level of English (7/10)
• Good at management
• Have leadership, easygoing, and work under pressure
