Report directly to President or CFO
Job Purpose:
To provide ubiquitous, secure, and seamless access to information resources in all forms through a reliable and robust infrastructure which support the company in realizing competitive management activities through the effective use of computers, operating system, applications, networks and other IT infrastructure systems and tools by streamlining internal business processes aligned with global Information Technology standards and all concerned Thailand compliances and rules. To support enterprise business systems for continuous operation with minimum downtime. And to assist the operational units by providing them the functionality they need

Role and Responsibilities;
1. Prepare target plan of Information Technology Department job and budget that related to the department's policies/regulations.
2. Support 'Informationization' of the divisions and departments within the company.
3. Manage schedule of Information Technology Department.
4. Set up IT plan to implement new program by coordinating with Japan Head Quarter.
5. Plan and manage IT equipment and facilities (Hardware & Software).
6. Maintain master data of ERP System.
7. Cooperate with user and ERP Support team for troubleshooting.
8. Manipulate user account and access role of Active Directory related to Microsoft services.
9. Monitor endpoint security and find out suitable countermeasure in case of security outbreak.
10. Design, install, control, maintain and monitor as listed:
- Company Infrastructure System
- Computer Security, Network Security, IT Security
- IT related projects
11. Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.
12. Support IT problem solving method.
13. Support and Control Computer Crime Act Compliance and other Thailand IT Laws for the Company.
14. Recommend technology, hardware, and software sourcing.
15. Provide educational training and consult to employee regarding Information Technology system related with the company's activities.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, IT Management, or related fields.
3. At least 10 years of experience in IT planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining systems/applications.
4. Good understading of computer systems, security, infrastructure and systems administration, databases & data storage systems, and telephone system.
5. Familiar with Microsoft System and features such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365
6. Good understanding and proven experiences in servers and application deployment (LAN, WAN and VPN).
7. Intermediate level of English. (to report to headquarter in Japan & Japanese manager)
