【Main Duty】
Sales & Business Partner Support

【Products】
In-house software Products（CRM ERP system）

【Job Description】
- Accompany sales meeting & support the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand our SaaS product
- Build proofs of concept (POCs) and propose our SaaS to prospects
- Support our SaaS implementation
- Troubleshooting
- Internal meetings

▼Technical Partner Support
- Answering questions (including product functions, API specifications and technical topics)
- Planning and holding technical training sessions
- Planning and creating technical training materials

▼Internal System Development and Operation
- Develop and manage process operation for those systems used by our sales and marketing team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree IT-related
・Age between 27 - 35 years old
・More than 5 years of Sales Engineer
・Intermediate Level of English　（Must have TOEIC 700 UP）
・Intermediate Level of Japanese 　（Must have JLPT N2 UP）
・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

【Advantage】
・Understanding SaaS
・IT-related sales experience
・IT-related software sales experience
・IT industry experience, SaaS business experience

・Other IT skills

All staff are WFH
Except when visiting clients

※No need car Licence
Can use the company car.
