-Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a building/facility (Your first location will be Hotel).
-Managing the maintenance and repair of equipment
-Coordinating with contractors for renovations or repairs
-Managing budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance
-Ensuring the facility meets health and safety regulations.
-Managing a team of maintenance staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility.
-Managing inventory and supplies
-Coordinating events and activities at the facility
-Ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and presents a professional appearance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's degree in a related field such as facility management, business administration, or engineering
・Experience in building maintenance or property management
・Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software and other tools such as MS
