Job Purpose

Our company name represents our vision to provide innovative work style through various Digital solutions and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to provide HR Advice and services to drive and enforce business objective and strategies. Deploy and manage the Regional Policies and Practices in country. This position will manage six functions which are 1) Recruiting and Employee Relations, 2) HR Operations, 3) HR Development, 4) Management Quality & Office Service and 5) Legal

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the vision and strategic HR and Corporate Affairs Directions of the company
 Manage and ensure HR Information, Manpower Planning, Personnel Cost and Budget align business strategies, guideline, and management decision
 Plan and formulate HR Strategies and policies to enable company to attract and retain employees
 Develop the learning and development strategies and implementation to enhance the effectiveness of employee knowledge and skills
 Lead the Compliance & Risk activities to prevent risk and potential risk included escalation to HQ
 Work with Top Management in identifying high potential, develop program and career movement to maintain succession planning
 Lead and supervise Management Quality Manager to ensure and retain management quality system included ISO Program and Voice of Customer.
 Ensure the Office Service effectively delivery general administration service, office facilities & maintenance, company vehicle., etc.
 Ensure legal activities are effectively manage and comply with internal and external compliance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 At least Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Male or female, age between 45 - 48 years old
 At least 15 years working experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in senior management role in large organizations, must be from selling or trading company
 Can plan and formulate HR strategies and policies to enable company
 Well team work management
 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
 Proficiency in English
