JOB DETAIL

1. Work as a leader, responsible for the work in the part of the assembly and control the work site effectively in order for the work plan to be carried out effectively according with the company's policy and work orders of the factory manager.
2. Control and support the production as planned.
3. Control and support the production in order to achieve the 'QCD' plan (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
4. Manage 4M (Material, Man, Machine and Method) and maintain the 'QCD' plan (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
5. Control the operations of subordinates
6. Develop operators' skills and abilities and create successors.
7. Supervise subordinates to be diligent and cooperate in working overtime.
8. Wear safety equipmentม attend security training and take care of safety in the use of protective equipmentใ
9. Promote 5S activities in the workspace.
10. Supervise production to be in accordance with the plan.
11. Reduce the use of consumables in the factory
12. Manage the environment so that employees can work conveniently.
13. Analyze the problem and propose a solution plan.
14. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-38 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in machanical engineering field.
3. More than 3 years of work experience as Assembly Process Supervisor with at least 5 direct subordinates.
4. Intermediate Level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
5. Able to work on every other Saturdays
