JOB DETAIL
・Handling the Accounting and Admin (HR) job
・Handle salary related job such as payroll, provident fund, social security insurance, attendance, necessary documents for Japanese, etc.
・Managing / Repairing office supplies or company assets, and ordering new supplies or asset as needed
・Handle each insurance related to company assets, and staff
・Recruitment process such as joining interview, checking candidate's document
・To make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts/Tax invoice, record in ERP system
・Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and parcel to staff members / suppliers (customers)
・ Keeping each kind of contracts in tidy (employment contract, contracts with suppliers etc)
・Other tasks assigned by Managers
・Reporting Thai Manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Required】
-At least 1 year of Admin experience(GA&Accounting Tasks) before
-English Intermediate
-Own car and driving license (Sometime needs to visit other office and government offices by driving own car)
