New Position
Report to Thai GM, and Japanese Director
Subordinate: 10

• Responsible for sales activities to achieve the company's business plan /KPIs
• Develop business in line with the company’s growth policy.
• Work closely with customers and team members to build and maintain a good relationships, and to support their requirements.
• Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery schedule, and so on.
• Resolve customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service in a timely manner.
• Develop methods for motivating and inspiring team members and colleagues.
• Track and report progress on customer budgets and ongoing forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis to management.
• Analyses the market trends and needs of customers.
• Propose the appropriate strategies to manage to increase sales.
• Coordinate inter-departments on relevant products management & sales administration activities
• Other tasks as assigned by GM.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in any related field.
• Experience in export sales of at least 10 years.
• Experience at least 5 years in management
• Experience with distributors and automotive part is a plus.
• Nearly Upper Intermediate Level of English skill is required. (Negotiation with foreign customers, e-mail correspondence)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Be systematic, strategic thinking, fast learning, and able to work under pressure.
